Indulge those sweet cravings on a hot day with these frozen banana pops. Coat them in chocolate (ours is dairy free) and crushed nuts or granola!
Serves 8 - 40 mins

- 4 large bananas
- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil (we used Melrose Organic Coconut Oil)
- 4 tbsp cacao powder (we used Raw Food Factory Raw Cacao Powder)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup (we used Raw Food Factory Organic Maple Syrup)
- Chopped nuts of choice toasted coconut
This recipe is Gluten-free and vegan.
Method:
1. Peel and halve bananas. Insert a popsicle stick into the banana pieces.
2. Place banana pops on a baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes.
3. Whisk together coconut oil and cacao powder until combined. Add maple syrup and mix to combine.
4. Remove semi frozen bananas and dip each one into the chocolate sauce.
5. Roll the bananas in toppings of choice.
6. Place bananas back on the baking sheet and freeze for a further 15 minutes.
