I love Dinner Twist and I want to support a local business and family especially against fierce international competition so it is in this spirit that I write this review.... I want to help make you successful. We made this recipe yesterday and was not loved. Too much water - what is it a soup? Or a curry? And with all that sauce why give us tortilla strips to go with it... they don’t mop it up and further more frying them doesn’t really make tortillas crispy unless you deep fry them very very hot. Also the spices are questionable. Curry spice with oregano? Wha....? Is it Indian or Mexican? Didn’t get this recipe at all and wouldn’t want it again.
