The stew is tasty we added suggestions of lemon juice and zest and sumac. The thing that let us down was the millet it would have been good to have ratios of millet to water for cooking. It came out quite sloppy rather than fluffy like in picture.

Possibly the worst meal I've had from Dinner Twist. Its the second fish stew recipe that has had olives in it. Olives seriously don't go with fish or fish stew. Its just bad.

I didn’t like this one but I did leave the fish until the last best before day and so that might’ve played apart in it.
