Great, easy dish enjoyed by everyone. My tweaks...I cooked for 30 minutes instead of the recommended 15-20min as the lasagne packet said 40min & if I hadn't the pasta would not have been cooked enough. I also added most of the basil to the ricotta mix & topped the dish with parmesan before placing in the oven. Only negative, the carrot still seemed a bit raw after cooking.
