Quinoa and dressing tasty - didn't have the pumpkin in my box, and I think it would have been much tastier with it instead of just fennel.

A bit light on for a meal just quinoa and salad. Adding the pumpkin like in the 4 serving would have been good otherwise this is a basic mean I could easily make myself without the box
