Nice meal to have on a cold day. Was out all afternoon so was perfect to slow cook while away. Came home to the house smelling yummy and homely.
Tasted nice too.

Tasty but the cooking time for the rice is all wrong. It says to cook the rice on lowest heat for 0to 15 minutes. My induction low heat is 4 and the water does not even boil at that temperature. Should you boil thaw water first then turn down. Also the recipe says use 1.5 x water. I assume this is 1.5 times the amount of rice. This is very unclear.
