Pork steaks flavoured with all-spice served with roasted sweet potatoes and a vibrant pineapple salsa!

1. Set oven to 250ÂșC (see notes).
Halve or quarter sweet potatoes, toss with oil and salt on a lined oven tray. Roast for 18 minutes or until golden and tender.
2. Rub pork steaks with oil, 1 tsp all-spice, salt and pepper (see notes). Cook in a pan for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
3. In the meantime, dice capsicum and apple, chop coriander and chilli (deseed for less heat). Drain pineapple. Toss all in a bowl and dress with lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
