Pizza-flavoured pork patties, topped with tomato chutney and served with potato wedges and melted cheesy sauce.

1. Set oven to 220°C. Quarter potatoes and toss with 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper on a lined baking tray. Roast for 25 minutes in the oven, or until tender and golden.
2. Season mince with 2 tsp oregano, 1 tbsp tomato chutney, salt and pepper. Form into 8 patties using wet or oiled hands to prevent sticking.
3. Rinse and chop lettuce, slice cucumber and capsicum. Cut kernels off corn cob and toss together in a serving bowl.
4. Heat 1/2 cup milk in a small pan with 2 tsp dijon mustard. Simmer over low heat and crumble in cheese. Whisk until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Chop and stir through chives.
5. Heat a frypan over medium-high heat. Brush patties with oil and cook for 4-5 minutes. Turn over and spoon 1 tsp tomato chutney on top of each patty as they cook through.
6. Serve pizza patties with roasted potatoes, cheesy sauce and side salad.

Dress salad with olive oil and vinegar if desired and add any leftover watercress.
