This dish seemed confused and lacked flavour. You could hardly taste the lemongrass! I think next time, I would leave out the turmeric (seems an odd spice to use in an Asian inspired dish!) and instead ground the lemongrass with garlic, ginger and chilli. I also wouldn’t use mint in the salad, substitute coriander instead and make an Asian style dressing instead if white wine vinegar.

Really tasty and easy to cook. Like the other reviewer I think coriander would have been a good addition (although I loved the mint) and couldn't really taste the lemongrass. Also added a LOT of chilli to give it more flavour.

It was ok but lacked flavour and the rice tasted a bit fatty and dessert like. I’d really love to give the tofu dishes a miss or have them less as I’m not a fan. I actually liked the salad with the mint
