Schnitzel coating was delicious. Recipe says to use "1 packet of spaghetti (250g)" but the packet was 500g and so I ended up with way too much spaghetti.

This was perhaps one of the most disappointing recipes I've made to date with Dinner Twist. The crumb was delicious but wouldn't adhere to the chicken properly because of the big pieces of parmesan cheese. The direction there was confusing as well. The ingredients list notes 1/2 a packet, and the recipe asks for 1/2 the parmesan. The cheese could have been finely grated so it could combine with the panko crumbs. The oven roasted tomatoes smelt amazing but there was no sauce, so added to the pasta, with the capers, everything migrated to the bottom. Most of the pasta I ate was in fact simply boiled.

After reading the reviews I tweaked the recipe a bit with no extra effort & it was pretty yummy so really rating my version, thinking it may not have been quite so good otherwise.
I blitzed the parmesan cheese in the food processor to make it finer & instead of coating the chicken I just sat the crumb mixture (to which I also added some lemon zest & EVOO) on top & oven baked the chicken.
To the tomatoes I used more oil, added lemon zest, used balsamic vinegar instead & added the capers at roasting stage. When they were finished I added tomatoes to the pasta (instead of pasta to tomatoes) & a third of a cup of pasta water.
