Grilled beef herb and garlic coiled sausage served with fresh salad, feta cheese and warm organic rosemary bread from Abhis.

1. Set oven to 180°C. Secure sausage by pushing skewers through to form a cross. Rub with 1 tsp oil. Place on a hot bbq or frypan for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
2. Rinse and quarter cos lettuces and radishes. Slice cucumber and halve tomatoes. Toss in a serving bowl and set side.
3. Slice bread and warm in the oven for 5 minutes. Wrap in kitchen towel to keep warm.
4. Dress salad with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp oregano, salt and pepper. Dice and add feta cheese.
5. Serve sausage with salad and warm bread. Add some of your favourite relish or sauce on the side if you desire.
Notes:
Cook and add the remaining 200g pasta leftover from this week if you like to stretch the meal.
Any tomato or capsicum relish would work perfectly on the side if you desire!
