Delicious, liked by everyone. The satay sauce in the jar was tasty for a bottled product. The salad was refreshing & a nice crunchy texture to accompany the chicken. Note; I only used half of the coconut milk otherwise there would have been too much sauce for the amount of chicken. Note; for the salad dressing I used rice wine vinegar instead of white vinegar as I happened to have some in the pantry.
