Most recipes are great but this one was flavourless (even with the added flavour we tried to add in - soy, hot sauce, garlic, white pepper, Maggi sauce etc). It had no depth of flavour & barely any liquid. The noodles were tasteless …even though they sucked up all the broth …because the broth was tasteless. Needs a rejig, this recipe. Thanks for your hard work though!

Nice comforting recipe - added Sichuan chilli oil (because we love hot sauce)
