This was really delicious and made 3 servings for me. It wasn’t as cheesy tasting as I hoped as the Gouda kind of dissappears into the dish but I really enjoyed it

Loved the use of thyme across the menus this week although it was lost in this dish. Not flavoursome. The smoked Gouda just doesn’t deliver on flavour so basically it was roasted veg. More a side than main.

the gouda made this taste zesty but was hoping it would be cheesier tasting.
