Beef patties, crispy lettuce leaves and creamy avocado in brioche burger buns finished with a dollop of dressing. Served with veggies sticks on the side.
1. Set oven to 200ÂșC. Cut carrots and capsicum into sticks. Trim and halve snow peas lengthways. Place in small glasses or a bowl and take to the table.
2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Rub slider patties with oil, salt and pepper, cook for 3 minutes on each side or until just cooked through.
3. In the meantime, separate and rinse lettuce leaves, thinly slice avocado. Transfer caesar dressing to a small bowl (see notes).
4. Halve and warm the buns in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
5. Take all ingredients to the table and allow everyone to assemble their own sliders with salad leaves, avocado, beef patties and dressing. Serve with veggies sticks on the side.
NOTES
Shred lettuce and toss with dressing if you prefer.
Serve with any other favourite sauce.
No beef option - beef slider patties are replaced with chicken slider patties. Increase cooking time if needed to ensure they are cooked through.
Gluten friendly option - slider buns are replaced with 800g potatoes. Cut into wedges, toss in oil and roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden and tender. Toss fresh ingredients into a salad (roast carrots if preferred) and use the dressing as a sauce.
