This was yummy and made 3 generous serves. I grated the cheese on top and it gave a delicious crunchy cheesy top which I think would make it better than if it was mixed in. The salad was a really tasty accompaniment too

Really delicious ! My completely non-vegan husband started eating it as it was cooling off and loved it too :-P Very generous sized recipe, super easy to cook
