Customer Service Superstar

Position summary:

Responsible for maintaining a high customer satisfaction as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and some social media channels. With patience, empathy and a sense of humour, help us turn rare complaints into a positive experience.
Part or full time from our Canning Vale office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and valid product information
  • Maintain and seek excellent product knowledge
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Manage customer correspondence via phone, email and social media
  • Assist customers with daily enquiries and resolve any emerging problems
  • Handle customer dissatisfactions and complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within company procedures and values
  • Process purchase and refund transactions
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong listening skills and ability to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve a satisfactory outcome
  • Multitasking and working with requests from a variety of departments within the workplace
  • Proven experience and passion in providing excellent customer service
  • Strong understanding of communication on social media
  • Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience and skills in customer complaint resolution
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Efficient worker with attention to detail
  • Problem solving and investigative skills
  • Computer skills, preferably MS Office, Mac
