- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 chia shot
- 1 passionfruit
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add ice cubes before blending.
You can freeze any leftover blended mix into popsicle molds for a delicious treat!

Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Tips:
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 mango, diced
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 chia shot
- 1 passionfruit
- Freeze the banana and 1/2 the mango (reserve 1/2 for topping) for 4 hours or overnight.
- Blend the frozen fruit with almond milk and 1/2 chia shot until smooth.
- Top with remaining chia seeds, fresh mango and passionfruit (slice and add an extra banana if desired!).
You can also top these smoothie bowls with toasted coconut or a sprinkle of chopped nuts!
