INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup rolled oats 1 tbsp of good quality sea salt 1 tbsp herbal tea (of choice) zest of one orange
METHOD:
1. Blitz the rolled oats in a food processor for 10-20 seconds 2. Place all ingredients in to a bowl and mix well 3. Store in a clean, dry jar and seal the lid
To use your scrub, place a small scoop into the palm of your hands and mix with a dash of warm water. Mix the scrub with the water to form a paste like consistency then apply to face and body using circular motions. Leave on the skin for around 1 minute then rinse off. Take into the shower with you for a full body cleanse and enjoy luscious, soft skin!
