Dollop over roast & fresh vegetables or as a dressing in salad bowls. This satay sauce is also amazing as a marinade for chicken or fish!
Ingredients: – 1/2 cup almond milk (or coconut milk) – 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter – 1 tsp chilli flakes – 1 tsp soy sauce (or tamari or fish sauce) – 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey) – Juice of 1 lime Method: Blend all ingredients together until smooth and combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper (if needed).
