Tip of the week - Choc chip fridge cookies! When you are feeling like a little sweet treat, look no further than your own pantry! These raw cookies can be made even healthier by substituting the dark chocolate for cacao nibs or blueberries and can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one month. Little tip - we used hazelnut meal (and they taste just like a Ferrero Rocher!) however, almond meal can be used instead. YUM!
