My (Dinner Twist founder) has shared her basic (and brilliant) chia pudding recipe. Simply mix it up, let is set, then enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner (or all three... we won't judge!).
INGREDIENTS:
SERVES 4
- 400mL coconut milk (tcc is our preferred brand for this recipe)
- 80g chia seeds
METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients and allow to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Serve with your favourite toppings, such as fresh berries, coconut flakes, banana and nut butter.
Note: Coconut milk can be replaced with other milk of choice.
