Serves 4–6 people.
Ingredients from the bundle:
- 3–5 oranges
- 200ml vanilla coconut yoghurt (Cocome Yoghurt, WA)
- 100g dried organic fruit (dates or apricots)
- 80g toasted almonds (Cape Almond, WA)
- 100g dark mint chocolate (Bennetto Chocolate)
Ingredients, optional:
- Fresh mint for garnish
Method:
- Peel and slice the oranges. Spread the slices in a single layer on a serving dish.
- Dollop the orange slices with vanilla coconut yoghurt.
- Roughly chop chocolate, almonds and dried fruits.
- Sprinkle oranges and yoghurt with dried fruits, almonds and chocolate. Garnish with fresh mint if you have any. Then serve and enjoy!
