Affogato-Style Ice Cream with Espresso Wafers
You only need 3 ingredients and a little patience to put together this decadent dessert.
It's creamy, full of flavour, and a perfect after-dinner treat for the table. Plus, it's super easy to customise with toppings of your liking!
Ingredients (4-6 serves):
Method:
- 1 tub (500ml) of plant-based vanilla ice cream
- 50ml of That Cold Stuff black cold-brew coffee concentrate
- 1 packet of wafers (we used Ceres Organics GF espresso coconut wafer rolls)
- Leave the ice cream at room temperature for 10 minutes or until slightly softened.
- Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle over That Cold Stuff. Swirl carefully.
- Add lightly crushed espresso wafers, cover, and freeze until serving.
Super Speedy Iced Lattes

Ingredients (1 serve):

- 50ml of That Cold Stuff black cold-brew coffee concentrate
- Milk or milk alternative (we used Oatly oat milk)
- Ice cubes
- Place ice cubes in a glass. Pour over That Cold Stuff.
- Pour over milk to taste and enjoy!
Energising Iced Coffee Protein Shake

- 50ml of That Cold Stuff black cold-brew coffee concentrate
- 1 cup (240ml) milk or milk alternative (we used Oatly oat milk)
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 3-5 pitted dates (to taste)
- 1 tbsp nut butter (we used almond butter from The Almond Farmer)
- 1 scoop of natural unsweetened protein powder
- Optional: 1/2 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder or a pinch of vanilla essence
- Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth.
